Jingmin Ren works across painting, Chinese calligraphy, public art, sculpture and artistic research.
Drawing on Eastern philosophy and Chinese calligraphic traditions, her practice explores spiritual energy, light, time, nature and human perception within a contemporary and cross-cultural context. Her work has developed from sustained observations of light and inner experience toward solar time, seasonal knowledge and spatial experience.
